Abstract(in English) Recently collaboration software becomes popular in various organizations. But now almost collaboration software requires a server, therefore we have to prepare it beforehand when we attempt to share infomation from out side network of the organization. P2P architecture currentry attracts the attention of people because it enables us to use collaboration software without any servers. However, a new problem arises on synchronizing shared data and managing it's ownership in P2P collaboration software. In this paper, we propose a new method on managing data, and we check the proposed method by using a prototype on Java.
