Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Characteristics of existing systems help requirements analysts to elicit requirements for a similar system. In this paper, we focus on behavioral characteristics of existing systems and we propose a technique to elicit behavioral requirements for a system. We represent an existing system in a hierarchical structure of its functions, and put the functions in order. We call a sequence of such functions on the structure as a scenario, and we explore scenarios for new system by composing scenarios found in existing systems. Because functions in a scenario are not explicitly ordered but implicitly ordered by using pre and post logical conditions, we can easily and consistently compose new scenario from existing scenarios.
