Abstract(in English) E-mail has been becoming a frequently used and accepted means of communication in the school, business environment. The mailbox of a user may often be crammed with e-mail messages some or even a large portion of which are not of interest to her/him. Such flood of e-mail messages has created a need for developing an intelligent agent that automate the selection, sorting, storage, reply, and retrieval of e-mails. This paper addresses using relation learning and ontologies for personal e-mail filtering and management.
