Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Software is developed on the basis of a requirements specification that is described users' requirements. Therefore, if the specification includes errors and omissions of users' requirements, it becomes behind schedule and large cost. Therefore, it is required to elicit users' software requirements, to analyze the elicited requirements correctly without omission, and to describe the specification. However it is required to develop the technology to support requirements elicitation process, since it is not easy to perform these works correctly and efficiently. Therefore the authors regard software requirements elicitation technology an interview technique, and develop a system to guide interview-driven requirements elicitation work. This paper proposes a method for guiding SB's software requirements elicitation work.
