| Abstract(in English) | In order to solve a large and complex problem, it is important to collect the knowledge made from problem solving process, and to use it at the next time. We propose the system that makes the problem structure in parallel to problem solving, captures knowledge from e-mail which a problem solving participant exchanges with each other, and displays knowledge based on the problem structure. |
