Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Numerical analysis shows that an optimum wavelength insertion technique for multifibre linear-lightwave WDM ring networks is effective in reducing four-wave mixing noise without the use of unequal channel spacing or inline add/drop filters in the zero-dispersion wavelength region of dispersion-shifted fibre.
