Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) For the purpose of improving efficiency and usability in data-processing work for a laser microscope that is employed for numerical analysis of material transfer and erosion characteristics of electrical contact surfaces, the authors have been developing a new data-processing software, with the C# language, that can operate on a Windows machine. Emphasis has been placed especially on realizing a precise volume-calculation of a target portion located on a tilted underlying surface or on a curved underlying surface. Up to now, some modification has been made to our new volume-calculation algorithm reported previously, so that the algorithm can be applied to the volume-calculation of a target portion located on a curved surface. In this paper, the modifications and some exemplary results obtained thereby, as well as some further development aims, are briefly described.
