Abstract(in English) We developed a multi-wavelength coarse-WDM (CWDM) photoreceiver which photodiodes (PDs) and low-loss flat-top AWG were hybrid integrated. Two kinds of photoreceivers applicable to 1.25 x 8 channel and 10 Gb/s x 4 channel fiber-optic links were fabricated by using passive alignment technique. They provided high responsivity and flat-top passband, and error-free transmissions were achieved.
