| 抄録(英) | Time constant of thermal flow from bridge root to a vicinity point apart from it using a simplified model of a bridge. The thermal resistance was derived from the Fourier's law and the heat capacity from the spherical model of thermal flow, from which the time constant was derived as the product of both. Palladium (Pd) was used for numerical calculation of the time constant as a typical material of which contact bridge is rather easy to observe. |
