| Abstract(in English) | We have successfully demonstrated an MZI-type electro-optic switch using KTN (KTa_<1-x>Nb_xO_3) waveguide. The switch operated with a low V_π of 1.3 V (5 V bias), was polarization independent, and had a fast response of over 3 GHz. |
