Abstract(in English) We demonstrate an eight-channel WDM modulator module by packaging a monolithic integrated multi-channel WDM modulator chip with a 25-GHz spacing AWG, an SOA- and an EAM-array. Multi-channel electrical feeding of high-frequency signals is realized by using an impedance-matched film (IPF) carrier. Successful operation under 2.5-Gb/s signals is achieved.
