Abstract(in English) All-optical time division and wavelength division demultiplexing was demonstrated at 160 Gbit/s using four-wave mixing in an SOA. Multiple pump pulses which have different wavelengths and timings are used to demultiplex. An SOA generates multiple four-wave mixing lights which have different wavelengths and timings. These four-wave mixing lights are separated by optical bandpass filters. In the experiment, equivalent of 160 Gbit/s OTDM signal and two pump pulses were input to an SOA and wave forms of the four-wave mixing lights were measured. As a result, two demuxtiplexed signals have been detected and each signal has a pulse extracted from the OTDM signal.
