| 抄録(和) | 微小ステップ的開離システムは,接点ギャップをステップ的(約0.5μm/ステップ)に増やすことができる。接点ギャップに形成されるブリッジが熱平衡に近づいた状態から次のステップ的開離が始まるので,ブリッジ現象を詳細に調べることができると期待できる。本論文では,加熱器によってAg接点とPd接点を暖めて,接点をステップ的に開離して,接触電圧波形を観察する。陰極を加熱して,温度を高くしたことが接触電圧波形に影響を及ぼした。接触電圧がステップ的開離に同期せずに凸形に変化する波形が室温下ではみられたが,陰極加熱によって抑制された。 |
| 抄録(英) | The micro-step-separating system is able to increase the contact gap with the step like motion of 0.5μm. As the step-like separations start at the conditions of approaching to the thermal equilibrium of the bridge in each gap. it is expected that the bridge phenomena at the initial state of the contact separation could be more preicisely investigated. This paper shows the observed contact voltage waveform at the initial state of the contact separation with heating the electrode by the heater. Ag and Pd contacts were observed. The observation showed that the off-set temperature on the cathode with the heater influenced on the contact voltage waveform. The convex waveforms of the contact voltage out of sync with the step-like separation were observed at room temperature, while those were suppressed due to the cathode-heating. |
