Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The micro-step-separating system is able to increase the contact gap with the step like motion of 0.5μm. As the step-like separations start at the conditions of approaching to the thermal equilibrium of the bridge in each gap. it is expected that the bridge phenomena at the initial state of the contact separation could be more preicisely investigated. This paper shows the observed contact voltage waveform at the initial state of the contact separation with heating the electrode by the heater. Ag and Pd contacts were observed. The observation showed that the off-set temperature on the cathode with the heater influenced on the contact voltage waveform. The convex waveforms of the contact voltage out of sync with the step-like separation were observed at room temperature, while those were suppressed due to the cathode-heating.
