Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Telecommunication equipments or server computers operate at Gbps order of high-speed signal transmission. Connector for these equipment is one of a key part in electronic circuits, and is required the performance to transmit high-speed signal correctly. We developed new connector that performs ultra-high-speed differential transmission in back-plane connection, applicable together with IEC 61076-4-101 standard connector conforming to IEC 60917. To place optimal positions for high-speed differential transmission using pair signal array and ground structure, characteristic impedance of transmission line is controlled, and reflection and crosstalk capability are improved.
