Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the O/E (E/O) conversion connector mated with Optical Data Bus of Sheet-Like, when gap arises in Alignment of a joint side, Loss of Optical Power in a joint side affect on the transmission characteristic of an electric signal. When the mating Clearance of the fixed method of Lightguide "Sheet-like" or a mating connector is taken into consideration, as for the optical connector ,mated with "Lightguide" of Sheet-like, it is desirable for Alignment not to be severe in accordance with the point of lower cost effective. In accordance with Lower speed transmission, we found that good Eye - Pattern achieved at the equivalent alignment as usual electric connector without using precise positioning mechanism.
