Abstract(in English) In supporting the handicapped, It is very important to provide the information with them in the ways of multimedia, multiple modalities and multiple channels. We will propose "Media Transcoder" to adapt to the kinds and properties of each impaired person in obtaining the information on the Internet. We will also introduce our service, "Ruby-setting" and discuss the possibilities of "Ruby Annotation" by using Media Transcoder.
