Abstract(in English) | Neuroinformatics is a new scientific field to apply information technologies on neurosciences. It is established many research projects in the United States, EU and countries, based on the promotion of the OECD Working Group on Neuroinformatics. In our project, a database portal site, Visiome Platform, is developed for bases of Japanese neuroinformatics research. The Visiome Platform can integrate and share information of selective references, experimental data and programs of mathematical model. In this article, it is presented the brief overview of the platform and its operation. |
