Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Our purpose is to build pulse-type asynchronous neural networks, for example comprising short-term memory circuits by means of ring neural networks. In this study, we propose a short-term memory circuit using hardware ring neural networks, and we discuss the operations and the characteristics of the network. As a result, we show that, the ring neural network can be used as the short-term memory circuit, which outputs pulse if an external input pulse train conforms with the memorizing pulse train or external input pulse train comprises memorizing pulse train.
