Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a coherent optical neural network that has learning ability to realize arbitrarily intended phase values in frequency domain. It is comprised of plural optical path differences whose lengths are different from each other. The system learns a phase value at each discrete position in the frequency domain obeying complex-valued Hebbian rule. Experiments demonstrate that the learning curve also agrees with theoretical evolution.
