| 抄録(和) | 空間的に一様なテンプレートをもつセルラーニューラルネットワーク(Cellular Neural Network: CNN)はハードウェア化に適したモデルであるが、連想メモリとしての能力は著しく制限されている。その原因は、結合荷重を定義するテンプレートが空間的に一様である点にある。ところが、この特徴はCNNにおける結合荷重の保存と変更が容易であることを意味している。そこで本稿では、テンプレートをライブラリ化することにより、CNNを有効に利用した連想記憶システムを提案する。 |
| 抄録(英) | Although cellular neural networks (CNNs) with the space-invariant cloning template are suitable for analog hardware implementation, such CNNs cannot work well as associative memories. The reason is that each neuron has an identical set of weights defined by the space-invariant cloning template. However, this characteristic means that weights can be easily stocked and changed. In this report, we propose associative memories using CNNs with the space-invariant cloning template library. From simulation results, it has been confirmed that our proposed system is one of useful and practical associative memories implemented at a low cost. |
