Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We approach for the purpose of comprising pulse-type asynchronous neural network, for example comprising short-term memory circuit by means of ring neural networks. In this study, we discuss about the ring neural networks, which is used in the pulse-type hardware neuron models with synaptic part, and experiment to explain the characteristics of the network. As the result, we show that, the characteristics of the network holding pulses in circuit and other effects, by means of comparing the ring neural network with synaptic parts with the resistor coupled ring neural network.
