Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to detect moving objects stably in outdoor scenes, it is important for detection methods to be robust for noises in a background such as waving leaves, branches, and waving flags. Our previous proposed method also suffers from such noises because the assumption of stable background is broken. In this paper, we propose a method for eliminating such noises by using spatial frequency and conduct preliminary experiments on real images in outdoor scenes to evaluate our proposed method.
