Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The shortage of channel resources by the increase in demand is important affair for mobile communication system. For dealing with this affair, the micro cell scheme which can increase repetition use of channel resources is mostly expected. However, the present cellular system doesn't guarantee a new channel assignment when the terminal's existing area changes. So, the channel assignment failure rate at the time of hand-off might be increased. On the other hand, the way of using mobile communication terminal has been diversified, so the user who don't satisfy with ready-made type service are increasing. Some of the user demand variety for telephone call service, and one of them is the qualitative variety. Well, according to the improvement in telephone call quality at hand-off, it is necessary to consideration about user movement, fare for the service, satisfaction for the quality. In this paper, we present the new type channel assignment control based on user entry type service, and show evaluation results from channel assignment failure rate by computer simulation.
