Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes an on-line RF transmitter circuitry calibration method, in which calibration values of amplitide and phase fluctuations of parallel RF transmitter circuitries are measured and compensated independently at each frequency block segmented for adaptive antenna array-beam forming (AAA-BF) transmitter in the braodband forward link with 100 MHz-bandwidth. Then, by implemented Orthogonal Frequency and Code Division Multiplexing (OFCDM) transceiver, the performance of AAA-BF transmitter after the propsoed on-line RF transmitter circuitry calibration is investigated. Laboratory experimental results elucidate that the required transmit energy per bit-to-background noise power spectrum densitiy ratio (E_b/N_0) at the average block error rate (BLER) of 10^<-2> with frequency blocks of N_ |
