Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a method that reduces peak power in an SCS-MC-CDM system with time domain spreading. In the proposed method, the transmitter can reduce the peak power by optimizing each sub-carrier's phase. The proposed method can regenerate the original signal at the receiver without sending the information of the phase optimization. A computer simulation is carried out to estimate the proposed method's performance. The simulation results show that the proposed method requires significantly lower computational power than the PTS method when the proposed method yields almost the same peak power as the PTS method.
