| 抄録(和) | 近年、IP-VPN等のネットワークサービスでは多彩な帯域品目が提供されており、契約者毎に帯域を制限するため網側ではポリシング機能が利用されている。本稿では、従来の帯域品目に更なる付加サービスを実現するグループポリシング方式を提案する。従来のポリシング方式では単に契約者毎の帯域を制限するだけであったが、提案方式では契約者となる企業や公共団体、大学等の組織の階層構造まで考慮されており、組織内の部門毎の帯域保証と、部門間での余剰帯域分配を実現する。更に提案方式を実装したポリシング装置による評価を行い、その有効性を実証した。 |
| 抄録(英) | In recent years, carriers have provided network service with various bandwidth menus. In this service, policing function is applied at the network edge to limit the rate of traffic from each user. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm of the Group Policer to realize a value-added service. In the new algorithm, the hierarchical structure of the user organization like enterprises and public organizations, universities is taken into consideration so as to realize bandwidth guaranteeing for each department of the organization and bandwidth sharing among departments. Moreover, we implemented the algorithm on a prototype system and verified its effectiveness for the value-added service. |
