Abstract(in English) | With development of various radio communication systems, the integrated wireless network that unifies them is expected for seamless communications. It allows users to have access to the Internet through the suitable system for their requests. In such a network, when users select their radio access system, they can select more adequate one if they can know both of the communication environment where they are and where they will be. However, in traditional networks, they cannot get such information about access points where they cannot receive the radio wave. This paper proposes a scheme that networks manage and provide these information. |
