Abstract(in English) | In this report, we propose design criteria for geometrically uniform and non-uniform space-time trellis codes (STTC)in block fading channels (BFC). The proposed design criteria depend on the determinant of the codeword distance matrix when the required signal-to-noise power ratio (SNR) to achieve the desired frame error rate (PER) is high (the number of receive antennas is small) and on the trace of the codeword distance matrix when the reauired S NR is low (the number of receive antennas is large).
