Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An ultra wide band (UWB) channel sounder has been developed for indoor wireless propagation measurement. The sounder has a time delay resolution of 0.5ns which enables the clear discrimination of the incident rays encountered in indoor wireless LAN environment. This paper discusses on the indoor wireless propagation measurement by utilizing the fine time delay resolution of UWB channel sounder, such as antenna pattern and wall reflection loss measurement in normal laboratory room and direction of arrival measurement.
