Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a sub-carrier selected MC-CDMA applied to best effort cell structure. By using proposed method, the mobile unit can be realized with only a processing capability according to the user's required transmission data rate. Also proposed method can realize from high bit rate transmission but small coverage area to low bit rate transmission butwide coverage area at the same system.
