Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Millimetric-wave high speed LAN will be required for a last 100-300 feet transmission of multimedia packet of order of 1~10Gbps. We propose a physical layer enhancement by a high-speed logical LSI coder-decoder that works as packet synchronizer, error correction code and cypher to improve packet loss difficulty at the high-speed and high-frequency applications. The high-speed coder-decoder up to 42Gbps operation is possible by the proposed high-dimensional torus knot code.
