| 抄録(和) | 2者間で共有しているランダムな秘密情報の一部が敵に漏えいしたとき,その秘密情報と公開通信路上での2者間の情報交換を用いて,敵に全く分からない新しい秘密情報を共有する技術をプライバシー増幅(Privacy Amplification)という. MaurerとWolfは,アクティブな攻撃を許す公開通信路を通して2者間で情報を交換する場合であっても,プライバシー増幅と認証を組合わせることにより,安全なプライバシー増幅が可能なことを示した.しかし,彼等の方式では,元の秘密情報の2/3を認証に利用し,1/3をプライバシー増幅に用いているため,効率のよい方式にはなっていない.本稿では,彼らの方式の拡張として,認証部分の長さを2/3に固定せず,自由に割合を設定できる可変長分割方式を提案し,全体の性能が最適になるような分割割合を導出する.さらに,認証に用いた秘密情報を,プライバシー増幅に再利用する方式も提案する.これらの提案方式を用いれば,新しく共有される秘密情報のビット長を,Maurer-Wolfの方式に比べて,一般に長くできる. |
| 抄録(英) | Privacy amplification allows two parties knowing a partially secret random string S to generate, by communication over a public channel, a highly secret new string S^*. Maurer and Wolf proved that privacy amplification against active opponents can be realized by combining a privacy amplification protocol against passive opponents and an authentication protocol. But thier scheme, in which the two thirds of the original string S are used for the authentication and the remaining for the privacy amplification, is not efficient. In this paper, we propose an efficient modified scheme, in which the ratio of the authentication part is not fixed to 2/3. Moreover, we also propose another modified scheme, in which the secret string used for the authentication is reused for the privacy amplification. Generally, the proposed schemes can generate a longer new secret string S^* than Maurer-Wolf scheme under the same security conditions. |
