Abstract(in English) | Power analysis technique by Kocher's and others proposal is the powerful cryptanalysis techniques for presuming a key using the encryption data and the power consumption at the time of operation, and is Proposed by authors with the various analysis techniques according to the encryption method. On DES, Kocher itself has proposed the attacking method using the Differential Power Analysis, presuming the bit inputted into the last round using the function called selection function, and the key presumption is performed by classifying the observed power consumption. In this research, it is shown that this idea can apply to the Differential Power Analysis on AES, and report the effective countermeasure to such an attack. |
