Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose the SNP used DNA biometrics personal authentication system. SNP's are recently widely investigated in various field, such as bioinfomatical systems. In this paper, we estimate the matching probability using by a SNP's allele frequency data of an internet published SNP database. These calculation show that the proposed SNP based system has more ability to recognize the person than in STR used system. It is also pointed out that the proposed system is expected to be a high speed and economically treatment of the data, in compared to the STR used system.
