| Abstract(in English) | The SPAM mails by which extensive distribution is carried out indiscriminately has posed a social problem from 1999 age in Japan. In this paper, the result of the questionnaire for the E-mail users and Internet service providers about the actual condition of the damage of SPAM mails, the present condition of a measure, the consciousness to a mandatory control, etc. is reported, and consideration about the measure against SPAM mails is performed. |
