Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper deals with a new primitive for public-key cryptography that extends discrete logarithms. The proposed primitive is obtained by constructing an algebra on which two distinct mutually commutative discrete logarithms are defined, with following properties: (1) very fast, (2) index-calculus algorithms do not seem to apply, (3) expected to be safe from attacks using quantum computers.
