Abstract(in English) | We study global dynamics in neural fields by using Lyapunov functional. We prove that the attractor of network must be a steady state when the field length is finite and that the network cannot have limit cycle attractor when the field length is infinite. We also apply this Lyapunov functional to the analysis of dynamical changes in local excitation pattern olutions when the field has lateral-inhibitory connections. |
