Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose the nonlinear network reduction technique independent of the network topology. This technique generates the projection matrix using Krylov subspace method, and performs congruence transformation on the whole circuit equations. The nonlinear reduction technique proposed previously is directly inapplicable to the network including the node to which any capacitor is not connected. Then, in this report this problem is solved by giving the device based on backward Euler formula. Consequently, the nonlinear reduction technique would be applicable to more general networks. Finally, circuit simulations are performed for some example circuits using this technique and the validity and efficiency of the nonlinear reduction technique are verified by comparing with the conventional transient analysis technique.
