Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is necessary for expression of a gene that it is controlled by proteins, such as transcriptional factors, corresponding to the other genes. It is important for understanding the function of the gene to reveal such relation between genes. The external perturbation such as the gene knock-out method is essentially necessary for estimating gene networks. However it should be done by comprehensive trials in the experiments. Therefore, we examined whether the similar result to the external perturbation is obtained by dynamical noise, which is naturally possessed by the genetic systems.
