Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We propose a binary digital circuit which has similar diffusion effect to a random walk model of particles. The proposed system consists of one kind of logic element. The element processing 1bit signals realizes two operations identical to the interactions between particles. We construct a binary diffusion system by the homogeneous structure of the elements. Then, 1bit signal at the element can transfer to the other one like random movement. Thus, we can observe quasi-diffusion effect on the system. |
