| Abstract(in English) | Two methods , X-ray microscopy which is promised to be a useful tool for studying micro structures of living cell, and Optical microscopy which is almost the only tool for observing dynamics of living specimen are introduced. The performance of the methods is demonstrated by presenting some images obtained by the methods. |
