Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes several circuits for realizing mutually coupled circuits using CCIIs as active elements. The circuits are composed of six CCII, six resistors and two capacitors, can realize self-inductances Li, L& and a mutual inductance M(or -M). The circuits are derived using nullator-norator technique. The effects of non-ideal CCIIs on Li, L& and M (or -M) are given. Using input resistance of X-terminal of CCIIs, we can adjust self-inductances Li, La and a mutual inductance M(or -M). As its applications, voltage- and current-mode coupled tuned circuits are given. A PSpice simulation result of a coupled tuned circuit is also given. |
