Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes several circuits for realizing mutually coupled circuits using CCIIs as active elements. The circuits are composed of six CCII, six resistors and two capacitors, can realize self-inductances Li, L& and a mutual inductance M(or -M). The circuits are derived using nullator-norator technique. The effects of non-ideal CCIIs on Li, L& and M (or -M) are given. Using input resistance of X-terminal of CCIIs, we can adjust self-inductances Li, La and a mutual inductance M(or -M). As its applications, voltage- and current-mode coupled tuned circuits are given. A PSpice simulation result of a coupled tuned circuit is also given.
