Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents a realization of current-mode biquadratic circuit using multiple current output operational transconductance amplifiers (MO-OTAs) and dual current output second generation current conveyor (DO-CCII). The proposed circuit is constructed with two MO-OTAs, a OTA, a DO-CCII and two grounded capacitors. The circuit can realize low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass transfer functions by suitably choosing the current outputs without any circuit matching conditions. And the circuit parameters ω_0, Q can also be set orthogonally tuned through adjusting the bias currents of the OTAs. Furthermore, it is shown that high-order circuit transfer functions can be realized by using bilinear circuit obtained from the proposed configuration. The circuit configuration is very suitable for implementation in both bipolar and CMOS technology. An example is given together with simulated results by PSPICE.
