Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Biological and ecological time series data are usually limited to their time direction, because the most of crop productions are scheduled in year domain. In most tree crops such as citrus and nuts, production alternate heavy and ligh harvest. This phenomena is know as alternate bearing. In this report we prepared ensemble time series data set on the fruits numbers obtained for 96 Individual trees for five years experiments. With the experimentally estimated Jacobian, we reconstructed a dynamics of the alternate bearing. One year forward prediction was also achieved at a high accuracy. The results imply that nonlienar time series analysis scheme could be intoroducted to analysis biological time series ensemble data limited in time domain.
