Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As access network systems are shifting to the broadband systems, the requirements on the switch to accommodate the traffic have been changing. In this paper, we propose to apply a buffer for the individual queue for each user, which is composed of the memory to share among several uses, in order to increase the capacity of the switch. Also, we propose the system, which accommodates the lower delaying traffic such as voice and video, and which is able to prevent from bandwidth monopoly by some power users' file transfer, P2P communication or such, and which promotes the fair bandwidth allocation.
