Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As a fundamental study for characterizign GaInAsP/InP waveguide, we investigate the pum induced absorption change as a function of pump power and pum wavelength. We also report the measurement of the intensity-dependent refractive index change in a GaInAsP/InP ridge waveguide employing an optical loop mirror interferometer with ps-order pump pulse.
