Abstract(in English) Highly accurate noninvasive optical parameters determination in inhomogeneous scattering media consist of rectangle cores embedded in homogeneous scattering media has been studied based on the Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) analysis. The experimental backward scattering optical pulses were simulated by superimposing gaussian random variables on the calculation and the optimum source-detector spacing for the size and position of the rectangle cores have been studied. It has been become cleat that optical absorption and scattering coefficients are estimated with the accuracy of 3 and 6% for signal-to-noise ratio of 30 and 20 dB for the 20mm square cores embedded 20mm in depth from the front face. The relation between the core sizes and the estimated optical parameters accuracy has also been become clear.
