Abstract(in English) We tried to fabricate a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) that has a phase-shift using a uniform-phase-mask slide technique. We experimentally conformed that a λ/4 phase-shift structure in FBG could be built by the uniform-phase-mask slide technique. We also obtained required refractive index modulation by sinusoidally vibrating the phase-mask. By combining the uniform-phase-mask slide and the mask vibration techniques, we successfully fabricated a FBG with both phase shift arid apodization.
