| 抄録(和) | 空間光通信において、伝送距離が数kmの場合、ビーム到達位置の変動(スポットダンシング)は数mにも及ぶことがあると言われ、ビーム径が小さいと受信不能となる。追尾機能によりこの問題に対処するのは一つの方法であるが、この追尾機能の設計においてスポットダンシングの周波数特性を知ることは重要である。本報告では、スポットダンシングのスペクトルの測定方法を提案し、その結果を報告する。 |
| 抄録(英) | In a free-space optical communication system, a laser beam propagating through the atmosphere experiences deformation of its wave-front, which is caused by atmospheric turbulence. As a result, spot-dancing is observed at the receiver side. We measured the frequency and two-dimensional (2D) distribution of the beam centroid variance which characteristics are needed to optimize design of tracking system. In this report, we propose a novel spot-dancing measurement method, in which two laser beams apart from each other are propagated and observed by high-speed cameras simultaneously. By calculating the difference between the two 2D coordinate data of the beam centroid variance, we obtained data without effects of building or transmitter vibration. Measurement results obtained by the proposed method are also reported. |
